My approach doesn’t rely on a single method, schedule, or product but is based on an expansive body of knowledge, training, and experience. I am flexible, collaborative, optimistic and comfortable working with all kinds of neurodiversity, medical conditions and psychological challenges.
There are many ways to get to the same place and my goal is to adapt to the needs of your family, to your child, and to any obstacles along the way.

People have strong feelings about therapy and about sleep, but aside from unsafe sleeping, there is no wrong method to help improve your child or teenager’s sleep. If your child has challenges such as anxiety or other mood symptoms, Dr. Moore treats those too.
