DESIGNED FOR DREAMERS

Customized Zzz’s for your dreamers.

My goal is to help you improve your child’s sleep, mood, and well-being while being true to your parenting values. I am flexible, collaborative, and hopeful with my approach.

My approach doesn’t rely on a single method, schedule, or product but is based on an expansive body of knowledge, training, and experience.

There are many ways to get to the same place and my goal is to adapt to the needs of your family, to your child, and to any obstacles along the way.

Flexible.

My recommendations are based on more than 60 years of behavioral sleep medicine research.

I stay current with this changing foundation and am knowledgeable about the latest studies of sleep treatments and technology.

Research-based.

Designed just for you.

People have strong feelings about therapy and sleep advice, but aside from unsafe sleeping, there is no “wrong” way to help improve your child or teenager’s sleep. If your child has problems such as anxiety or other mood symptoms, Dr. Moore treats those too.

I consider who you want to be as a parent and the nuances of your situation to make a plan that is exclusively yours.

“Happiness is: a sleeping baby.”🌛

“I already want to take a nap tomorrow.” 💤

“A sleeping baby is the new happy hour.” 😴

“May your coffee be strong and your baby’s naps long.” 🙏

“People who say they sleep like a baby usually don’t have one.” 👼
